Terms:
Summer Minis Basics: Scheduled for 2 weekends in June, Summer Minis are for families and couples. Sessions will be 20 minutes long, and prompt arrival is required as sessions are scheduled back to back. Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments or late arrival.
Mini Session Pricing: The listed pricing includes your favorite 10 Photos from your session, beautifully edited and digitally delivered! Your session will be paid for in full at the time of booking, and is non-refundable. You will have the option to purchase additional photos upon delivery if you find there are more that you just can’t live without! If you know already that you’ll want more photos or more time, I also offer a full session.
Delivery: Turnaround time for delivery varies based on current workload. Please allow up to 30 days for full gallery. While it’s very likely that it will be done faster, just remember that all great things take time! If this turnaround timeframe is an issue, please make me aware of this prior to your session. I can provide an estimated date of delivery, or an option to rush for an additional fee.
Sign Up: Sign up is easy! To sign up for a session, click the button below - this will take you to my contact form. Please include your information (email, or phone number if a text is easier) and your preferred date & time slot. You can also include one or two backup options that might also work, as well as any family details I should know. You should expect a reply directly from me within 48 hours! Note: Your time slot is not secured until payment is received.

How does a Mini-Session work?

Preparation
- Check your Calendar: Pick a date and time that works for your family
- Lock it in: Reserve your time slot by paying for your session. I offer flexible payment options, including credit card for a small fee.
- Check your Email: I will be sending a very detailed email including all of the information you will need to prepare for your fabulous family experience!
- Wardrobe: Choose your outfits wisely! We will be moving around (standing, kneeling, maybe even some running for the kiddos), so the most important rule is to be comfortable! Whether you choose to coordinate is up to you. Ask me for some style tips!

Photo Day
- Be on Time: Your scheduled time is just that, scheduled. There may be others before and after you, and I do not want you to miss out on your session. Try to arrive early enough so you are fully camera ready at your scheduled time!
- Don’t Worry: Kids are unpredictable at times, so if you have little ones who can be uncooperative, that is ok! We’ll get through it. I’ll give you some tips to help keep them happy, and I’ll even let them run around if they want - we love a good action shot!
- The Main Event: Photos! We will take photos for 15-20 minutes. There will be a variety of poses and prompts we will go through, making sure there are plenty of genuine interactions and big smiles!

Delivery
- Be Patient: All great things take time, and your photos are no exception. I will make sure they are excellent, but this does not happen overnight, and we all deserve a healthy work-life balance!
- View & Download: It’s time to see your photos! Your favorite 10 photos are included, but what will you do when you love them all? Don’t worry, you will have the option to purchase any additional photos you can’t live without! Make sure you download (not screenshot) for the best quality.
- Share, Review, Refer: If you really LOVED your experience, the best thing you can do is tell your friends, or tell the world! I would love to put your review on my website or share your top photo choice on my socials. Also, I would love you to share on YOUR socials! Tag me, invite me to collab post, I’ll happily accept!
mini session VS FUll Session
Unsure which is best for you? Let’s break it down.
Mini-Session: A mini session is usually a 15-20 minute shoot. I will choose the location, date, and available time slots. We will go through a list of poses and prompts, mostly including all family members together. You will receive a specific amount of photos (usually 10 photos) with additional being watermarked, but available for purchase upon delivery. If there is a theme or concept, like a holiday theme or a fun activity, it will be the same throughout all sessions that day. Mini sessions are an affordable option with a lower base price, but do not allow for as much creativity and freedom as a full session.
Full Session: A full session is usually a 30-60 minute shoot. You can choose your desired location (or we can find one together), date, and time. There will be more time for coaching, more unique posing prompts, and a wider variety in shots (mom with children, each child individually, mom and dad together, etc). You can expect a larger album, usually around 50+ photos. If you have any specific shots you want, or a concept or customized theme you’d like to see, a full session is best for this. You can expect a full session to be in the range of $350-$500.
